Extremely Micro-Management. Management will not respect your work at all. Regardless what suggestion you have, or what decision have your team made. Management will still follow their own ideas. Some times after we execute management's ideas, they will impromptu change their plan. Management itself does not have a fixed plan for the business, they keep refer to other broker and will end up plagiarise other's idea instead of follow what their staffs suggested. As the big boss believed that doing what others have successfully done is better than wasting time trying our new creative ideas.
