      Accepts freshers 12th pass can also get work Average salary

      Cons

      Salary is late , like after 15-20 days of next month you will get salary Office politics , 6 months provision period , HR drama for taking leave , PF , Increment is very rare Mass firing and hiring occurs per season of admission .

      1. You will get a good exposer as a fresher. 2. If you are a curious person and loves challenges, this place is for you. 3. The infrastructure is good.

      Cons

      1. Join at your own risk, because in the Non-Teaching people, you can experience all types of politics. 2. Better place to do a practice dealing with office politics. 3. Before joining, polish your knowledge of EPF, ESIC and other deductions, because they are going to play with you on that front.
