Pros
Honestly very little pros to this company. I would avoid at all costs.
Cons
- Russian business trying to appear western (nothing against Russians, only westerners may struggle with cultural backgrounds) - During my time in the business, I witnessed drug taking and extremely aggressive behaviour - totally unprofessional working environment (the HR team were fully aware of this and did not do anything to control such behaviour) - Incompetent management - I’m all for having young managers but you’re unlikely to learn anything from your peers (other than how not to behave in a working environment) - Sales team in particular and the CCO have built up a terrible reputation with clients - Extremely volatile company, having just made over 60% of their employees redundant, I get the sense of they do not receive funding very soon, they will cease to exist but the CEO is not taking action to rectify current employee issues (other members of the c-suite team are simply not investable to VCs and behavioural standards are unprofessional and poor)
