Even if it's third party payroll company, you'll get all facilities like any other good company like HR portal and insurance.

Cons

Salary cycle will be on 7th or on 12th of each month and not on 1st or last day of month. If there is Holiday on your salary day then salary will be get credited to your account on next day or the day after next day but in general other company's credit their salary before that day if there is holiday persist on salary day You may have to take much efforts to get your reveling letter and full and final settlement after you resigned or get converted on permanent payroll of client company
