As a small organization (just over 200 FTEs) MTN may face limited opportunities for upward growth into leadership, but as a continually growing organization, MTN restructures and expands roles consistently. MTN seeks to hire and promote from within whenever possible, so creating a learning culture is key to the organization’s success. Recognizing leadership is far more than a title or a position, MTN is committed to providing employee developmental opportunities through training, certifications, a generous educational reimbursement program and an extensive Leadership Development program for staff members. The culture of the organization yields extremely low turnover rates and a high employee satisfaction rate.
