Pay is decent, so if you want to work just for money, it's an ok place to work.
Cons
1. Not a good learning environment. 2. Educational background of a lot of people working in different departments is questionable. 3. People are working in co-existence because of money. They have no respect for eachother. 4. You are told time and again that you can be chucked out anytime. Therefore, and no job stability. 5. Management lacks the basic skills of communicating with their staff and pass rude remarks all the time. 6. HR policy is nothing less than a joke in this company. 7. You are not allowed to make friends here as the top people have this paranoia that you are always gossiping about them. This is the saddest thing about this place. 8. The attrition rate is quite high. 9. Management lacks leadership quality. 10. Zero work-life balance. 11. Be ready to lose your self respect once you join this place.
