Salary and stability are the main pros working in this company, not that they are above any other, but salary is definitely above average and you can definitely reach pension if you manage to close an eye on anything else.

Cons

A lot of politics drives everything you do, any decision you take, any task you accomplish, any email you write. Form and appearance are valued much more value than anything else. Wear a suit every day, be overly kind to your superiors, always say yes and you'll have a prompt career.
