    Pros

Have had a lot of connection and overall a fun experience working here

    Cons

I have been working at Monash University full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

A great working place. You can balance your work and life quite well. Not too much pressure. As an academic, you can have sufficient flexibility.

    Cons

Sometimes the regulations change too much....

    Advice to Management

Probably don't need to have too much micro management.

I have been working at Monash University full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Very flexible workplace - can work from home regularly - Staff well-being program - always different courses on offer (yoga, meditation etc) - Lovely colleagues

    Cons

    - salary increases are very low - but this reflects the trend Australia-wide - different superannuation rates depending on your contract - I am on 9.5% whereas colleagues with the same job are on 17% due to different contract funding sources. This is set to change in 2022 to 17% across the board.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work thank you!
