      Micromanagement and poor high level decisions

      Multicultural company Interesting tasks High pace (sometimes; in other times it's rather lethargic)

      Cons

      most of the engineering staff resigned during the last year. no visibility about the high management decisions (for example, news about closing some projects come out of a sudden for the employees).

      Casual atmosphere Freedom to pick work focus

      Cons

      The founders are some of the most inexperienced and arrogant individuals I've worked with. The Dunning Kruger effect is terribly strong here and despite your credentials or performance you will always be doubted by the founders. The founders are ex recruiters without broad business experience. Get ready to be Japansplained. If you're not Japanese your opinion doesn't matter despite work in the market. There's underlying tones of racism in a real condescending style. The CEO is uninspiring and doesn't command respect. Often avoided by most in the company as it results in micromanagement.

      Vacation time off is good.

      Cons

      CEO is not believable and most roll eyes when saying name. Shares won't make you rich. No exciting startup culture.
