Pros
They employee people from all different backgrounds and are happy to take people with no experience. Modern offices. Good facilities on site.
Cons
Others get promoted before you even though you have been there longer. You are treated differently depending on whose team you are put in. If you have a manager who gets on with the director better you are more likely to be promoted quicker. Everything is based on relationships and not performance. Some senior staff are clicky. No staff parking except for senior staff
