Where do I begin? I'll start with the culture and tone from the top - toxic. It is seriously hard to understand how any of them have been deemed fit to run a Bank. Well, I guess the truth is they aren't. Here we are facing another round of redundancies whilst LinkedIn paints an image of success. Sifted number 1 growing fintech? Don't make me laugh. The Bank has continually pushed money into failing products, doesn't lend (another redundancy exercise), and an ExCo that wouldn't look out of place serving beside Trump - think big dreams followed by big failures and totally out of control.
Direct line management isnt any better and continues to spout the same nonsense, with next to no actual support, no recognition for unachievable workloads and continually turning a blind eye when concerns about conduct are raised.
It's such a shame as the Bank had so much potential, but sadly the senior management have run it into the ground with no apparent consequences other than getting rid of people who ask too many questions and generally know their stuff.
Please avoid this place like the plague.
