      team (aside from management) is fantastic

      Cons

      CSO (who I will call King Joffrey) fired two newer employees last year. Warning for next "fresh meat". Culture of fear as who could be next and feel like all are afraid to speak up. I feel the CEO (ahem... Queen Cersei) is even worse. I think she has "no one will find out" attitude and temper tantrums..... I'm scared to even post..... find another job soon so that I can get out........

      Pros

      Great place to grow and learn. Supportive team, approachable managers and a positive, collaborative culture. Good work-life balance, interesting projects and real opportunities to take on responsibility and develop new skills.

      The company survives due to its hardworking R&D and Ops Team, leading innovation and pushing the technology into use.

      Cons

      Aside from the CTO, the leadership across other teams is some of the weakest I’ve encountered. The ‘care’ culture that’s often promoted feels largely superficial—more of a branding effort than something people actually experience. One leader, in particular, seems completely disconnected from the team’s day-to-day work, which fosters confusion and disorganization. The result is a tense, fearful environment where people don’t feel safe being honest or open.
