      Fast paced environment, great culture, fun people to work with. CEO that is very invested in her team.

      Unstable future prospects, short runways for projects can catch you off guard.

      Pros

      Creative environment. Fun. Super fast paced. Young. CEO is awesome on her good days.Team in general is pretty supportive. CEO is super smart and pretty on point with seeing future trends and areas in which she can leverage her company.

      Cons

      Very cliquey...high school level, unfortunately. Favoritism among certain employees. Don't upset the CEO or you will be sorry you did.
