Pros
Company has its own gym, you can use it for free
Cons
1. Non-transparency - some of the colleagues have different “rights” than others. Example: customer care is working on hybrid scheme, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. Some of the colleagues work from home office all the time (some of them even live hundreds of km away from the company), while others cant even take one more home office day when needed, if there are no special circumstances which you are asked to thorougly explain to your team leader. Of course, they deleted HO/ Office information from the schedule, so others can not see the double standards. 2. Micro-managing- literally, your every step is being watched and given feedback on by your team-leader. 3. They absolutely oversell this position, and work benefits while interviewing you, but ansolutely conceal important details regarding working shifts, and purposely decepting. Example: work from office is mandatory only when undergoing training, once trained you can work from home (forget to inform you that HO is possible only 40% of working days) sometimes you will have to work on saturday (forget to tell, you always work from the office on Saturday) you can take a day off during the week for your saturday work (of course they wont tell you that it cannot be monday/friday, and they will choose the day off for you). 4. Beware!! You are told that you signed a contract that you will be in work during the whole day, so they will not let you go to doctor during working hours and tell you that you can visit him after work (shifts until 18:30). 5. They will not let you do anything you ask for even though you have a right to ask for that, and if you object, they will say that you are pushy and they dont like that. If you read until here, and you have serious doubts if to apply, or take the job in customer care international, good. You think twice before proceeding with that so called opportunity.
