      - Can be fully remote if you choose so. - Fun work environment. - Interesting challenges, lots of ground to cover and opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      - As in any high-growth Fintech, you have to be adaptable and comfortable with change. This is not a pre-retirement 9 to 5 job.
