- Genuinely meaningful work that is making a societal-level difference - Very smart team, high agency, lots of collaboration - Business operates at significant speed - a lot is achieved in a very short space of time
Cons
- Globally distributed team makes in-person collaboration difficult - The environment is not for everyone. You need to be willing to work hard and deal with ambiguity
