Most teachers are South American, which is a bit odd(the owner is Brazilian) Students are from South/Central America (75%) and Asia (25%) Payment for teacher and admin staff is poor (€5 less an hour for teachers compared to other schools) High turnover of staff, especially in the recent year, almost all teaching staff is new (NED ex - students) Most of the teaching staff are NED ex-students Limited opportunities for professional growth and development No staff perks like pension plan, sick pay leave or any other benefits Teachers are not well - paid, but the company is doing very well financially No pay scale for length of service and qualifications
