Pros

Nothing besides the clients who are challenging but good. If you like overtime you can work 3 shifts a day if you wanted because they are so low on staff.

Cons

Residential director and all upper management run things by personal preference of staff. All upper management /management are close friends so no point in going to anyone for any issues -nothing is confidential or professional. Residential director talks crap about all the employees to other employees and is extremely rude, she can't even say goodbye when she hangs up the phone!!! I've never seen as much neglect and abuse as in this company. My manager had DPPCs investigations going on nonstop and we had to use dish soap to bathe individuals before because there was no soap ! Low pay for working with individuals who are usually extremely aggresive . Managers are mostly residential directors friends and get people fired for simply not liking them. Do yourself a favor and don't work here if you need a stable job, you will most likely get fired for not being part of the "in crowd ".

Cons

Disappointing Experience with Unfulfilled Promises Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I recently joined this organization with high hopes, but my experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. I would like to share my honest feedback about several concerning issues that I have encountered during my time here. Firstly, I was promised a sign-on bonus in my offer letter, contingent on completing on-boarding requirements. However, despite having met these requirements, the promised bonus was never delivered. Management continually assured me it would be resolved, but I waited for over three weeks without any resolution. The onboarding process itself has been far from pleasant. The onboarding team displayed a passive-aggressive attitude towards new hires, making the initial experience unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Training, specifically Relias training, was a disorganized mess. The trainer frequently digressed from the subject matter, answered personal phone calls during sessions, and presented a concerning lack of ethical perspective concerning the company's values and mission. The physical environment was equally problematic. The training room was small, uncomfortable, and had a malfunctioning air conditioning system, creating an oppressively warm atmosphere during sessions. More concerning was the inadequate care provided to individuals at the facility. Seizures and behavioral issues were not addressed as they should have been, and individuals often appeared bored with nothing to do throughout the day. It was evident that some individuals came from their homes with signs of neglect and mistreatment. What's worse, there was no nurse on site, and the number of individuals in the same room far exceeded what could be reasonably managed. The average class size of 7-9 individuals created a hostile environment for staff, making it difficult to ensure the safety and well-being of both staff and clients. In conclusion, my experience at this organization has been marred by unfulfilled promises, a lack of professionalism during training, subpar working conditions, and a concerning level of neglect towards the individuals under our care. I would strongly advise anyone seeking opportunities in Applied Behavior Analysis to explore other options that prioritize the best practices and ethical standards of the field. Overall Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
