Pros
Reputed company. You'll have lots on your plate, and going over and above gets noticed, above than market average remuneration.
Cons
corporate politics wins. Leadership is old-school so new ideas gets shunned. Rather than making an impact, leadership is more focused on appeasing the board which is frustrating. You can definitely climb the corporate ladder if you play the game, but can get emotionally and mentally worn-out if you have a manager who is not a good leader and nit-picks everything you do.

Pros
Nice and easy to work with immigrants and also the company gives you the opportunity to learn and discover yourself and also improve on the job. Not a place to easily get fired!
Cons
Poor perks and benefits. Only managers and above receive annual performance bonuses which in my opinion is poor.
