I guess they didn’t consider the increase in energy usage at home, increase in Internet usage, increase in phone usage, ... it’s not clear why they are charging for flexibility if you work from home but employees who come to work get flexibility free of charge (ability work from home 1 day a week, ability to take hours off for appointments, etc.)."
