Pros

This company is a big time liar. The new hired management is hiring and firing employee. Not at all recommending to work at such a place to have a bad impression on your CV. The performance matters but even after good performance people were removed during Covid times.

Cons

Few management and all the other managers do not know how to speak in English. They are worst with behaving with employees. If you are their favorites they will give you a salary hike or otherwise they will remove you from the company.

Horrible Company with no ethics and a Hire and Fire policy

Pros

Video research is very cool and it was interesting to learn and watch videos

Cons

Hire and fire policy is nuts. They keep having to hire people every couple weeks. Work timings are nuts. People are forced and given impossible targets to manage everyday. Top management thinks too much of themselves and pretend everything is good on team meeting calls but there is no learning and development here. You either know the work in a couple days or you're out. Top management is also known to lie to employees and promise things but never deliver. Would not recommend joining this company. People are encouraged to stay late until 2-3 am everyday to be seen as good employees who are hardworking. The US team does not care about the crazy workload we have. This is an outsourcing job that was not clarified at the time of the interview.

Pros

There is no one reason that I can say it to be a good company. There are good companies to go and work with. I had bad experience, guys dont go here for the interview and waste your valuable time, they wont have appropriate reason while they remove you from company without notice

Cons

Only head and CEO can speak good english. Managers do not have the required level of standard. They are very partial. They dont even know to speak english. Doesnt know to train on the process. They only know to gossip and be partial. And if you bring this to managements attention then you are fired from the company for silly reason. Too much work pressure. No matter however you work hard you will be always blamed. No career opportunities.

As a performance-based company, we make all hiring and firing decisions based on an employee’s contribution to the company. Top performing employees are rewarded, and conversely, we part ways with those who underperform. We promote top performers aggressively and sometimes a manager may not have the depth of English but are consummate in many other languages. Diversity is seen as a strength and not a weakness. If you have a concern about the reason for your termination, please reach out and we can share additional information.
