Pros

1.You are asked ( read as ; :Mandatory) to review the company on glassdoor/linkedin/twitter on the first day of joining ( And of course 5 Star) thus introducing many people to the wonders of glassdoor

Cons

1.In terms of perks, there are no perks. If you want to waste your formative year of the career, this is the place for you 2.Illogical salary structure ( by the way that is divided into an "Incentive" structure whose terms and condition are changed as the CEO wants). P.S. You are literally forced to work on the weekends if your targets are not achieved 3.Your 100% bandwidth will be spent on Data entry work with limited scope in improvement in developing skills thus killing of the chances to switch in the future 4. No division of management in the company ,Mr. Bindal change the company policy as he seems fit without a care in the world for the employee

Pros

None i can recall of.

Cons

You have to act like a puppy in the office because your opinion doesn't really matter to your superiors. everyone including the ceo of the this startup does the same work and still there's a huge difference between the salaries. They won't credit your salaries on time, they have made a record for not paying the salaries on time. Their are no celebrations being conducted for employees and even if its there they would probably ask everyone to contribute money for that. Its almost like the ceo acts as a dictator. Now he is not bad as a person but definately a bad ceo and doesn't really know how to keep the company going amd employees happy and that is ironic because apparently he did his mba from IIMC. I worked here full time. They dont pay salary slips. and from what i feel their whole way of doing their business is a blunder because they dont actually use their real name while sending out mails and stuff, instead they use made up american names. So yeah its a little wierd. During my small time here people left the company like crazy, and so did i after some time. And the worst thing of all, the ceo acts like he is satisfied by whatever the company is making and have zero intentions of expanding the business in near future, though i am sure that will be hard to attain given that they are not able to keep there employees hooked with them. plus you will practically learn nothing new after being here for a month like literally nothing. You might get upgraded to a better profile after sticking with them for a year or so but you will still be doing the same job you did when you first joined.
