Nao Now is a fantastic company to work for. The students are engaged, eager to learn, and it's incredibly rewarding to watch them achieve their English-speaking goals. Since I started, the company has grown tremendously, and they’ve done an excellent job of balancing the needs of both students and mentors. The administration is very transparent about their expectations, and they provide a strong support system to help tutors continuously improve. It's a great environment for educators who are passionate about teaching and making a real impact.

Nao Now is a great company to work for, especially if you appreciate a close-knit team. Since it's a startup, the admin staff is collaborative, and you have the opportunity to pitch innovative ideas for process improvements. The CEO and management are very open to suggestions, and communication has never been a challenge for me. I also really like Nao Now’s curriculum and approach to teaching. Calling tutors "mentors" instead of "teachers" reinforces the idea that we are not just instructing students but also guiding them and serving as role models. This mindset helps mentors stay conscious of their actions and responsibilities. Additionally, evaluating other mentors has been a great learning experience, as I’ve gained valuable insights from fellow ESL teachers. The pay for mentors is also competitive.
