      The WORST job I ever had to suffer

      Reasonable pay and a good location.

      Cons

      No appreciation of staff. Often spoken to like you are less than human. Zero understanding of illness from Cancer to Mental Health problems. Unreasonable KPIs. A culture of fear for your job created by management. Not forward thinking. Out of touch with advisers (who ARE the service). A knowing and ongoing environment of favouritism and 'face fit' mentality encouraged by management and directors. Hands down the worst job anyone can have... do NOT be tempted by the money... its the only good thing about it.

      1. Full training provided 2. People are kind & polite within the department 3. Service users are respectful and in fairness we do provide a valuable service

      Cons

      1. Management - I feel like I am treated as a naughty child in school. 2. They encourage you to ask questions but you get told off for asking. 3. We are expected to behave like a lab rat and work like robots. We are human. 4. The old style of management who create a culture of fear. Overall salary is great but honestly they need to think about the culture here. It’s not fit for purpose.

      Old fashioned practises which destroy self esteem. Culture of negativity.
