When the CEO says "we want this to be the best job you have ever had" he clearly means it. This company invests in it's people, leaders hold each other accountable, we embrace the values and while working hard, accept when people need time or space. The business performs and the people are great. I want us to keep it up so we can grow and add more great people!

We could be more diverse. I see real progress in that area and the company really does embrace diversity, it just seems like it takes time to hire.
