The overall culture is reactive; when issues arise, leadership tends to engage in a blame game, seeking a scapegoat instead of addressing the root causes. Although it is legally classified as a nonprofit organization, it operates in a revenue-driven manner, so don’t expect the typical nonprofit atmosphere. Revenue profits are what are most important here. Additionally, minorities and women are often relegated to lower-level positions or burdened with excessive workloads without appropriate compensation.
