      Awful company, absolutely no training, micro management. Directors are just toxic people. Staff coming and going non stop as no one can stand working there. Just an overall really weird (not in a good way) environment

      Its a remote BD role, two team meetings a day, mainly providing appointments for customers. Ideal through COVID, but after COVID I wanted to get back into an office. Actually this company got me my next job!

      Cons

      Ideal through COVID, but after COVID I wanted to get back into an office. They do monitor activity since going remote but I guess its the same as having a manager push you for sales in an office. People have come and gone, but they are the ones who haven't done very well. Sales is performance based.
