Pros

Money for the older employees with 3f it’s ok

Cons

Low salary, mistakes in salary calculations monthly, hard, stressing, and humiliating work, hard to keep the performance they ask for, lack of motivation for all employees, if you don’t have contact with the machine (which you use to pick) for more than 5 minutes it’s considered extra break aka no pay, you can’t go to bathroom, make calls, smoke or talk. They take advantage of immigrants who need to work desperately but if you’re danish you have all the benefits in the company. Racist company.

Pros

they'll hire anyone, but beware

Cons

Stressful work with constant micromanagement from bad leadership to meet their unrealistic demands. A company that takes advantage of foreign workers and promotes from within, creating a poor and often dangerous work place with a high turnover due to employees giving up or constantly being fired.

Pros

- Most workers are friendly - Most managers are friendly and helpful - HR and planning teams are also very friendly and will assist you with any issue you have - Good pay for a wareshouse job - Mini store where you can acquire items with very good discounts - Free coffee - Some dinners and friday bars - If you make a mistake, they'll probably be understanding and teach you better (but it really depends on your attitude towards the managers - if you are friendly and humble, they will be as you are, but if you act rude, they won't be as nice as they could otherwise be to you, which is quite understandable, as their job is also stressful) - They'll give you safety shoes, safety vest, gloves, a t-shirt, a sweater and a light jacket, so you don't need to buy anything. - Summer hollydays are paid

Cons

- Very tiring and physically challenging job when you work for more than 5 hours. - If you work less than 5 hours and need to eat, you have to ask for a brake, which will be deducted o your salary (formally, eating near the place where you are working is not allowed, so you have to go to the canteen). - If you work more than 5 hours, then you have 30 minutes break for lunch. The problem is that you'll take 5 minutes from the warehouse to the canteen, and then another 5 minutes back, meaning that you lose 10 minutes just on walking. - The store is not always open - there's specific opening hours, so if you're planning on buying food everyday there to eat, you better be aware of that, otherwise you won't have food, as there's no restaurant or buffet inside the building. - The canteen tables are often a bit dirty. - The bathrooms definitely lack cleaning during working hours....... - Some places inside the wareshouse are disorganised, making it hard to work on those. - It's not often that they'll be able to provide you with a jacket or jumpsuit if they send you to the fridge. If you get cold and need something more, I advise you to be prepared and bring what you need from home. - If the managers notice that you have a tendency to say yes to staying extra hours or going to the fridge, they will take advantage of that and you'll be one of the first people they ask. - Even if you say no, some managers will pressure you to stay extra hours (but most will respect you if they notice you are not going to change your answer - it's all about the way you tell them). - Voice system is far from perfect and it's actually quite annoying. - The system they established to inform the stock guys that some products are missing can be stressful for the packing guys. And I believe is also stressful for the stock guys. - The gloves they provide are not good if you work in the fridge, as they will get wet and your fingers will get cold. - For shifts larger than 6 hours, 30 minutes break feels like absolutely nothing, as the job is very physical and tiring. - Some coworkers are just really unpleasant to work with.
