Pros

A welcoming team with a lot of positive energy and flexible working hours. It’s a small team, which gives plenty of opportunities to learn different skills.

Cons

Naturally, resources can feel limited sometimes, but it comes with the startup spirit.

A great place to work

Pros

A supportive, genuinely kind, close-knit team fosters a blameless culture. The company offers flexible, remote-friendly working conditions, including proper access to tools and hardware and solid support for a remote setup. The work is really engaging and creative, giving people a real say in shaping ideas. I never felt like just a cog in the machine! Regular, constructive feedback supports growth, and leadership is accessible and open to input. The pay is competitive, even as a remote employee.

Cons

Deadlines can tighten around milestones, and priorities can shift quickly, so being able to adapt is important.
