Pros

Lots of potential and cool tech. Pay for advertised roles is positive

Cons

IT department is unable to handle any responsibilities in their role so utilising a third party outsource to do their job for them. Sales have admitted to selling lies to customers and then throwing other departments under the bus to cover their butt. Sell features the company does not support and products that are already EOL. Engineering does not understand basic fundamentals of feature setup to creating usable systems. Pay role system uses paper timesheets and printed filing systems despite paying for a cloud based system aswell.

Low Company Morale

Pros

Pay was reasonable, and they offered a generous bonus.

Cons

Bonuses were hardly ever paid. Employee morale was low and they have high staff turnover. Most employees were open about actively looking for a few job. Upper Management was aggressive and loved to micro manage.

Low pay , managers don't know how to do there teams work so the are unable to help, managers not caring about staff . Owned by a South African company and they dont respect women
