      I was based out of the new Seattle office that had some growing pains. I'm confident a lot of these challenges have been worked out.

      Pros

      Most of the folks there were friendly and had a good work ethic, they really knew their stuff as well. Upper management was pretty stellar and communication was really easy.

      Cons

      Suggestions to the PMs regularly fell on deaf ears and they rarely left the office to do sight walks and/or other prep work.

      Thank you for the feedback. It is always valuable to understand what more we can do to improve the organizational communication and workflow. We will certainly discuss further with our Project Management team, to ensure we take full advantage of suggestions, needs, and concerns being brought through these departments.

      How management Fails

      Pros

      A nice small and very friendly office to work in. Jobs were not super complex and work load was reasonable

      Cons

      No management oversight, poor organizational structure. techs are given incredible latitude. Very minimal communication on issues. Considerable morale issues.
