Pros

The team seemed nice enough. But I only worked a few days before I realized this wasn't for me.

Cons

They mentioned all these contracts they have and growth potential growth within the company but from day one you never hear about anything but Direct TV. You are a training to be a pushy sales person inside some big box retailer manning a kiosk. The pay talked about during interviews doesn't match up with what it really is. I was told 40 hrs/week and was going to work in a market near my home. Turns out you end up having to work an hours drive away after you drive 35 minutes to meeting that happen every other day. Everyone I talked to had a similar story.

Pros

Great people! I only worked there about two weeks, by that time I heard of some interesting things that have happened and it was best to leave. Great opportunity for people who will ACTUALLY work and understand sometimes it's best to move up within a company. It's a sales job, no denying that. But from what I saw in my short two weeks, it is possible! Don't except the job unless you are willing to sell things.

Cons

I don't know if this is true, but I heard that the manager had other people take drug tests for people who couldn't pass, if you get fired he does not pay you out in full (like if you worked forty hours, you'll get paid 30), it looked like a popularity contest with competing managers and a lot of good people were fired for no reason, there's a sign in his office that says "smart circle" google it before you apply, I did and that's why I quit two weeks into it. It's a shady business.
