      Pros

      Starting pay is pretty good. home every night. weekly pay

      Cons

      management/dispatching is very disorganized. They like to push the 14 hour limit. No consideration of drivers needs. Like to base decisions not on whats best but on whats most convenient. pay/hr is not all that great. No benefits

      There no pros working at this Pos company

      there liars . they tel you one thing and do something different...they want you to run illegal...they don't give care about there drivers....some dispatchers are full of it.... raggedy equipment.... Run fast and far away from this mess of a company....the worst place I've ever worked for... You don't know what your gonna do from one day to the next ...they act like u don't have a life outside the truck... pos. company...poorly ran very unorganized... No benefits...no insurance..no 401 k...they just hustling.....No work life balance
