      Pros

      This place is BAD for your mental health, the pros are that you get to be in the book industry.. BUT it's not worth your sanity.

      Cons

      Leadership here bends the truth, does not care about employees, clients and only cares about making more money. Employees are miserable and clients want to leave. There is no ethical moral code here. Reviews that say this is a good place can't be real.

      Pros

      8-4 M-F Most people there are friendly We had a company party while I was there. That was fun.

      Cons

      Company was unable to make payroll and delayed people's checks. Management is not honest about the expectation of pay/commissions. In the six weeks I was there most people were making less than 1 sale per week. I was told they were making 3 sales per week. Not a single person on the sales team is making what I was told I would be able to make there. Benefits don't start for 120 days. I'm not sure that anyone had been there long enough to have benefits yet.
