      All the reviews here with 5 stars are fake. Our CEO has forced us to write 5 star review on Glassdoor and Google. Very bad work environment, no work life balance, no opportunity for personal growth. Only thing company needs is cheap labour from India. They don't even have any offices in India, no medical insurance, no PF, no sick leave policy, no holidays(neighther Indian nor US holidays). All employees are employed based on contract only, so no job security as well. Company is small scale and CEO only runs this, all he cares is employees should work only without any benefits provided. They exploit need of person and make him/her work. If you got any offer, please don't join looking at these fake reviews with 5star.

      Pros

      1- You're not constantly bothered with meetings or messages for silly things 2- There are no fixed break times; you can take breaks whenever it suits you.

      Cons

      MAIN- They breach privacy by reading your private messages,so be careful 1- No career growth 2- Low salary – even though the offer letter mentions perks/commissions, they’re rarely provided. 3- Absolutely no motivation, financially or even through basic verbal appreciation. 4- The CEO puts blind trust in his managers. There’s barely any proper communication, and even when real issues come up, you’re met with vague, one-liner responses after asking multiple times. Sometimes, you literally have to beg just to get a meeting. 5. They don’t provide any reimbursement or laptops.

      Working at Nexbee is a blast! Employees are treated with respect, new ideas are welcomed and friendly working environment. Positive Attitude. Balanced Work and Personal Life. Professional and Technically Sounded Managers.
