Pros

Good staff housing, ski pass, other departments seem happy

Cons

The fnb team is so poorly ran. Everyone quits constantly and the people that stay are miserable there are try to move departments. The schedule comes out on a Saturday for the following week starting Sunday, and sometimes the manager doesn't even sent it til evening meaning you have less than 24 hours notice if you're working the next day or not. Daring to ask will get you treated like you aren't grateful to have a job. Glad to be out of there and working somewhere that people are happy to work at and pays decent WITH TIPS YEAR ROUND - norquay staff don't get tips over the winter so if you want to work on a hill that pays its fnb team tips year round then work at LL or sunshine. Work at norquay, sure but avoid the kitchen until the management changes.
