It's a small, sort of "start up" company so of course that comes with a lot of cons. No benefits, no HR and not a lot of structure. At times I was very stressed and sometimes the lease admins could not get to my paperwork in time to process my sales. They tried to merge with another company , and I had heard from employees (current and past) that it was in a tiny office where no-one had any room to do work, and the poor women at front desk were completely unindated with work and no lunch breaks. The merger then got cancelled when one of the co-owners decided to go into business with someone else - go figure. I would recommend looking up North Group in about 5 years time and see how they are doing, but it still seems like early days and things are very messy.
