Pros

The platform and tools are generally good and easy to use.

Cons

In my experience, there were concerns around workplace culture, lack of clear boundaries and transparency, and inconsistent management practices. Compensation was also not aligned with expectations.

Pros

You might meet a few decent coworkers who are in the same sinking boat.

Cons

If you’re thinking of taking a job here, beware! This place is nothing short of a plague on anyone trying to earn a living. You’ll be grinding away at backbreaking work for wages that barely cover the basics, and because there’s no union, you’re completely exposed when the seasonal layoffs hit. Management carries this evil mix of arrogance and incompetence, and instead of supporting their workers, they leave us hanging without a second thought. Harassment is brushed off like it’s no big deal, with no accountability since there are no cameras or real investigations, just ugly attitudes and excuses. On top of that, favoritism runs deep! Certain people are protected while others are thrown under the bus, and even drug testing somehow gets overlooked for the chosen ones.
