      Pros

      Some of the most creative, driven individuals you’ll be lucky to meet. Saffron Hill office is a nice environment with lots of facilities to hand **really good benefits package

      Cons

      The leadership team are truly awful. They range from narcissistic to rude to useless. Only one (Spanish) is nice to deal with. After a long while in HR wilderness the new people ops team looked like a great addition but it’s clearly obvious that they’re only there to help the company and not the employees. (Remember People Ops, you asked for these Glassdoor reviews). China lead the company regardless of what everyone says, that goes for products that appear to be stopped/changed due to cost or many other reasons. It’s devastating to see really great products turned into mediocre ones. **benefits are a crutch to help you with the daily grind.

      Fewer and fewer every day. Benefits and pay packages are competitive - that is it.

      Cons

      - Zero leadership / leadership skills from anyone in a senior position - Megalomaniac for a CEO (Carl) - Agent of chaos in product marketing (Akis) - Inept Brand and Creative "leader" (Ryan) - Zero strategy to support BAME hiring - Total chaos and lack of organisation, process and professionalism - no one has a clue what is going on. - Everyone favoured came from OnePlus or is a yes man. - Clear and multiple examples of misogyny, bullying, toxicity, gaslighting and fear-mongering. - Awful treatment of staff - zero management support. - Unfair dismissals are rife! But disguised as performance based terminations. - Zero understanding of organisational goal setting or strategy. - Weak product roadmap and zero alignment across org on what is required to deliver it. - Business is dictated to from China - not London. - Relentless work schedules with zero regard for employee wellbeing... in fact - there is NO regard for employee wellbeing at all. They have an employee development budget which is totally mismanaged and they do nothing to support any employee at any level to develop. The list is endless.... oh and 5 days a week in an office environment that is ill equipped to keep up with the demands of modern business. The place is a joke!
