Horrible, horrible company - especially if you are a woman.
Pros
Any small pro about this company is EASILY overshadowed by the toxic environment. There are no pros worth mentioning.
Cons
A toxic, toxic organization that is run by a complete narcissist and misogynist. Take note that positive reviews are either not from people working in Austin (read: in close proximity to the CEO) or folks who are in IT. Those who work in the corporate environment are subjected to being micromanaged by a complete imbecile who thinks he knows how to do every person's job, even down to individual contributors. If you're a woman or a minority, watch your back. You will have no upward mobility. Look at the folks on the senior leadership team. The only woman is at the director level even though she's been with the company for over a decade. That is INSANE. The only people laid off in the Austin office recently were women, and two were minorities. It is sickening, and the board does nothing to reign in the blatant misogyny. Even female vendors have been treated poorly and chased off from working with the CEO. Oh, and if you ever plan to work in marketing here, good luck. Leadership in that area is completely non-existent - the CMO can't be bothered to answer important emails or provide guidance, the CEO meddles constantly and thinks he is a marketing genius even though he has ZERO marketing experience (don't let his lies fool you), and you won't be given any budget to do anything. Oh, and when the marketing fails because you weren't given any money to do anything substantial, you'll be blamed for it. Sounds great, right?!
