Pros

The company makes an effort to organize workflows and set up interaction rules. Salaries are paid on time (although this is more of an industry standard than a unique advantage). There is strict discipline and well-structured communication. Employees are supportive of each other — both within teams and across departments.

Cons

Constant changes in rules and processes create chaos instead of simplifying work. Increasing bureaucracy: more and more regulations and restrictions slow down development. Problems in a single team often result in company-wide rules that negatively affect other teams. The DevOps team is weak, and instead of fixing the issue, management introduces new regulations or shifts DevOps tasks to system administrators who lack the proper expertise. “Seagull management”: decisions are made on the fly, without proper analysis or documentation, and then rushed into implementation. This often leads to blockers and delays, as employees are unsure who to approach for approvals or what exactly needs to be done. Salary reviews lack transparency: even when KPIs are met, raises are rare and follow no clear logic. Excessive control and micromanagement: strict time-tracking tools with screen capture, reporting on every minute, and rigid restrictions on short leaves. Employees cannot take more than two short personal breaks per month, even if they are willing to make up the time later. The work atmosphere is becoming increasingly toxic, resulting in higher turnover.

Pros

Salaries are paid in time.

Cons

Awfull corporate culture. Policies are changed without any notices and it applies backdated. You joined the company on one terms, and then all changes without asking you. Very small paid sick leaves - only couple days per year. No salary reviews. Greedy management. Instead of making at least a short rise, you will likely be replaced by a new employee. Very very bad termination policy. Contracts are made to give the company very short notice period to terminate with you. The company always protects its own interests, instead of the interests of its employees.
