      Lack of skills is killing this company.

      The company can still be fixed.

      Cons

      Management is the main problem as they don't know how to lead people. Most employees work more hours than they like and have no learning experience. It leads to frustrations and high employee turnover. Sadly, the management still doesn't admit its mistake and hires more people. The vicious cycle repeats over and over again.

      The management has a lot of issues. All they want is to gain a lot of power and promote people who just stand there and nod. It's harming the work atmosphere and making many deserving employees feel unworthy.

      This place is a perfect example of a toxic workplace. The products are mediocre, the managers are rude, and the customers are full of complaints. Spending a few days here means you are testing your patience.
