      - High up management is hard to get ahold of and does not respond - Disconnect between sales and marketing communications - sales is not commission based therefore does not use the marketing communications team to the full capacity

      The fact 60 % of employees with nothing more than bare minimal if not less effort , motivation and or care for the job they do.. get to stay protected by the union. Then the good hard working get pushed out the door so the non worthy complacents can remain secure doing the minimal
