Many of the people that work there were friendly and willing to help when possible. Health benefits are reasonable for a small business.
Cons
Work load was not evenly distributed and not commensurate on pay. Senior management had very unrealistic deadline and general work load expectations of understaffed departments.
Overtime was often required but overtime pay was denied to low paid employees. The salary for associate level positions is far below the low end of industry standard pay.
The stress and work load would be tolerable if the compensation was fair but combined with the constant micromanaging and increased work load, employees were often demoralized.
Fun culture to work in with plenty of opportunity to get work produced and TV/Radio production experience if you are in the Creative Department.
Cons
The agency is top-heavy, a lot of chiefs, which makes pay raises difficult to come by. Maybe it's typical for most ad agencies, but projects seemed to have tight deadlines.
