Since joining OCU I've had nothing but a positive experience and a credit to the team with the onboarding and recruitment process naming Luke Bolan for all his support and constant communication. Overall a brilliant company to work for and would recommend to anybody!

Very quick job offer. Will take on anyone regardless of experience

Cons

Expect to be up to full efficiency immediately. If not, you will get sacked. Unable to fit in. No development. Very high staff turnover, which will include me once I get a new job. No empathy from management.
