      Friendly colleagues. benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Management cannot lead and mostly play with words. Office culture changing to worse, everyone protect their own area only and not want to do more because management is bias and refused to listen and doesn't care for staff

      - Colleagues are genuine and friendly - Appropriate Working environment - With flexi benefit and variable bonus (freeze because of covid)

      - Management did not fulfil their promises. - Fickle minded management. - Micromanagement, very inflexible. - Lack of organizational structure. - Toxic. No appreciation of one's hard work.
