Pros

Except for WFH due to covid times, there are no pros. FYI, that only happened due to the government's strict measures otherwise they were 100% reluctant You would exposure up to a limit, very little limit so keep expectations very less. 1 main client is DCI, that's it. 1 pro is that the BA team is fortunately in the good hands of a person who has some brains.

Cons

1. No job stability, therefore, there is no retention of employees 2. No employees respect, AT ALL 3. Interns driven org. Interns are hired to do the job and cut the cost. Obvious small business move. 4. Infrasture is poor 5. PM team is incapable of managing projects due to the leadership of the delivery head and there is high intense pressure 6. QA team members are coming and going from org. Devs are performing testing mostly and QAs only write test cases. Dev and QA managers make people cry and have been caught abusing too. 7. 1 Client-1 Company-100 interns 8. HR and Management = One Negative Review on Glassdoor and 10 +ve reviews 9. Bad quality projects 10. No latest technologies to work on due to fewer clients and bad repo 11. Politics during bonuses 12. CEO doesn't know about the projects and what is happening in the company. He believes what managers portray to him. 13. IT team is really bizarre. 14. Company doesn't have infra to support WFH.

Great Company - Super Bad Management and Leadership Team

Pros

- Good Technical Team specially young people and few old employees as well - Great CEO with a great Vision. Very passionate and ambitious about the growth of the company and individuals - Good Salaries to start your career with (but appraisals are not good) - Good Projects to work on and enhance your overall knowledge. Use of latest technologies (but only few key members will have hands on that, if you want to learn then you have to do self efforts) - Learning opportunities are great but only if you want to learn - Some of the great client from all over the world

Cons

- All the positive reviews on Glassdoor are 10% genuine only. You can check the trend as soon as their is any negative review (true review) there come a fake positive review.... Come on guys stop this - If you really want to know about companies culture speak to all the young folks who joined recently or left recently - Project Management Team have zero skills. They don’t even know ABC of project management and doesn't know how project works. They are just postman between client and technical team - Some employees on top most senior positions are the most egoistic. They don’t know about project life cycle. They don’t know how to talk and behave with others. Simply saying zero skill. Always ask technical team for replies for client and acts as they know everything. - Some teams doesn't have knowledge about the stuff they should be performing, simply no knowledge. Always relay on Tech team. Especially senior members, they are doing nothing. Rather than helping young folks they always increase pressure on them. Always blame juniors for mistake and never appreciate - Very bad leave policy - Very bad bonus and appraisal policy - Favoritism - Higher management listens to only few employees and they hide things from CEO. In-fact they manipulate things that favors them but its bad for the company - HR department can hire anyone to fulfill their targets, they don’t care about technicality of individuals - It was a great company but due to few persons now its culture is non-workable - Some employees those were hired last year doesn't know how to talk and behave and because of them 3-4 employees resigned or asked to resign. They talks anything that doesn’t make any sense in meetings and never help team on technical matters - Managers will blame you to save their jobs rather than reaching out to ground reality - Politics at its higher level. It involves only few senior members. They plan things between themselves and communicate to CEO their way - Few old employees now also stopped helping new employees and it seems like they are also helpless or don't want to get blamed. This is also impacting long term relationships between company and employees - In recent past they have lots of hiring, firing, resignation, etc… which is not good if you compare history of company which I got to know from my friends

Pros

1. Intentions of CEO is really good 2. High value product 3. Salaries are good as per market 3. Green room where you can relax & have meetings 4. No salary cuts during COVID

Cons

This COVID situation is becoming big hurdle for job change else I had many bad experience in one bcg. I am sharing few - 1. Favoritism - Those in management have their 1-2 favorite resources in every department. They only listen to them for anything even they make mistake others are considered as faulty. 2. CEO is very good but he trust too much on few top level management so not aware what is going on in teams and management hide their mistakes for which they even have to fire people 3. My friend resigned few years back as he got good offer from fis but because he shared this news with few friends he was threatened to not give him all papers and pending salary as this may lower the confidence of other people. Seriously ? If this is the case, build good confidence in current employees that they should not leave instead of harrasing someone. 4. No increment for senior people. Can't senior people work like others. If business is down due to covid, do same for everyone why only us. No reasoning is there for this statement. 5. They are saying that we are not firing any people on email but behind scenes they are asking people to resign with no proper reasoning. And this is not with covid only as they have done this with many people in past it's like their ritual first they take work from you and then fire with no reason. I am saved as of now but i know few friends. They first put you on internal project which is of no use actually and change requirements frequently, then say you have done nothing. Why management don't accept they don't plan good ? 6. No work life balance - We have to work till 8,9,10 or sometimes till 12-1 but if we are late by 30 mins or leaving 10 mins early we got intimation like we comminted a crime. And this is what happen in it company is response if you ask why.

We appreciate all feedback, it helps us improve and communicate better with our team. It’s unfortunate that you are facing a difficult time, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify some gaps between your understanding and the actual practices in place. We have adopted best practices across the business including evaluations, we constantly seek to improve these. We use data and a 360-degree feedback system to eliminate things like favouritism in the system. Time to time our CEO conducts skip-level meetings to better understand views of members across all different levels and operations. If you have any concerns, you can reach out to the CEO directly, an online form is available if you wish to share anonymous feedback. During Covid-19, we have ensured that our employees are not impacted, no salary cuts for anyone in the company and 95% of the team members are getting increments as usual. Only the senior member’s promotions/increments will be put on hold until the end of this year, this impacts less than 5% of our employees. If you are in the 5% bracket, we hope you will understand the business need and how important it is to support all the members. As you might be aware our CEO and CTO have taken 100% pay cuts themselves for 2020. We try our best to hire the right people and only due to lack of performance we would ever ask a person to leave. In our 20 year history, we have never laid off employees, in fact, if you check the job portals, we are still hiring for certain positions. We already have a system in place to identify members who work beyond the regular business hours, we reward them with time off and also find solutions so they are able to maintain a work-life balance. We recognize and highlight their efforts through our recognition programs. If you are still working with us, please come and speak with us, you can directly reach out to the CEO and highlight any concerns. You can also reach him anonymously via email and contact us form. We care about you and are committed to transforming your difficult experience into a positive one. Thanks again for your comments.
