Pros

Positive atmosphere. Many opportunities to learn, develop and take responsibilities.

Cons

Below market salaries. Key people are leaving en masse and are being replaced by cheap employees while low performers stay. More and more pressure on the high performers who are staying, who are not rewarded enough and are tempted to leave. Company very dependent on few individuals and could collapse soon.
