Pros
Work with some of the most passionate people in the environmental movement. Healthcare monthly premiums covered Open office environment
Cons
Extremely poor management. The leaders dance around complaints from staff and take advantage of their passion and work ethic. Many staff are demoralized and the ability to move up is rarely an option. They frequently hand out better titles, but pay is minimal and decent raises are unheard of. Workloads are also atrocious as the organization has a tendency to bite off more then they can chew.

Dedicated, passionate, strategic and smart. These are the reasons OEC is the best statewide environmental advocacy organization.
Cons
Sometimes a bit too pragmatic and rigid in their focus, though it does keep the organization on track to achieve its goals.
