      Decent rate of pay, decent benefits, opportunity for bonuses if company performs well in previous year

      Cons

      Management puts the bottom line before all else but still engages in inefficient and resource-wasting practices. They are condescending to employees, don't listen to ideas that would benefit the company, and are losing major clients due to inability to deliver on the empty promises they made regarding performance.
